Each home inspection will generally take two to four hours, depending on the home size and other relevant factors. When the inspection is complete we provide all of our clients with color photos of any areas that need repair or cause concerns, as well as a highly detailed report outlining the findings of the home inspection. A binder is provided to store these documents and our inspectors encourage questions at any time, and this is true even after the inspection is complete and the inspector has left the site.
